Re booking ref PDU**T - I originally booked this flight via Expedia as I was having difficulty seeing the content on your site in English (probably user error!).*I then visited 'manage my account' on your site to select a seat. For some reason I have now been charged twice for the seat and x* bag on each occasion. The baggage was included on the flight price when I booked with Expedia and I believe you have charged me for x* additional bags also. I just wanted to book the seat nothing else. Can you please assit and arrange the necessary refund ? Thank you.
