Just today at **:** am I attempted to book a flight through your website and was brought to a page which said my ticket was no longer available and I would not be charged for my purchase, so instead I went to expedia as your website continued to not function and booked it for more through them. Then when checking my email I come to find that your website processed my request anyway and now I have to tickets purchased for the exact same flight and one is ** euros more. I tried calling customer service but the number does not exist. I see that you don't give any refunds for tickets but given this situation I believe I fully deserve a refund for one of the tickets, particularly the *** euro ticket, and its only been * hours since I booked the flight.
