Hi, our flight to Bilbao was rerouted due to bad weather to Barcelona. The company provided us with voucher for dinner, bus to a hotel and reallocation next day at *:**am. The issues started when the bus from the airport was due to leave at *:** am, however, it didnt leave until *:** am* then it took another hour to arrive to the hotel, eventually around at *:**am. The buses in the morning to go back to the airport were scheduled for *:** or *:** am, first one didn't allow us to sleep even half an hour and with the second one we would have missed the new flight, therefore we had to take a taxi which costed us ** euros (i have the ticket to prove it). Once in the airport we were told to look for Transitos Iberia and ask for a breakfast voucher, however, there wasn't anyone at the desk at that time (I have picture to prove it), *:** am, so we had to buy ourselves breakfast, at a cost of **.** euros. (I have the receipt). *I would like to have a refund for the money i have spent in food and taxis. *Thanks.
