Name: Danielle Feinberg*PIR *: BCNVY******Phone number ** ***-***-****.**Our bag did not make it on Vueling Fight VY **** from Marseille to Barcleona on November *th. (Nobody's bag did, because the flight was delayed and my guess is the baggage handlers all went home. Very classy). None of this was mentioned to the passengers until we arrived at the luggage claim in Barcelona. We finally filed a claim at *** am Monday morning. It is now Wednesday evening at * pm and we still do not have our bag. I have called Vueling ** times. They cannot seem to contact the delivery company, Alaer, that has our bag. It seems no one has a cell phone either at Vueling. I tried calling Alaer also, and no one picks up. We simply need the bag delivered to the Pullman Barcelona Skipper hotel.
