Travel ... Vueling Airlines lost our bag over **hrs. and we had to replace items to take on a cruise. Their agents said to save receipts for essential items purchased which we did and provided to Vueling for compensation. Out of $***.** spent, $***.** was all they reimbursed us for. This is a disgrace and also this does not include the time lost on vacation having to spend shopping in Spain. In addition I paid extra for out bags in addition to the the airfare.
Our Vacation day in Spain was ruined.
Would like complete compensation. I have emailed them and gave them a deadline before I file a European Small Claims court claim and possibly organize a class action suit with other passengers with the same issue.
