For 9 days, my suitcase has been missing, and my emails to Vueling keep bouncing back as an invalid address. I followed all the steps, called the baggage loss number daily, but only receive standardized responses. On 22.09, I sent all necessary documents by mail to Vueling in Madrid, visited Palma airport multiple times - no one can assist me. I desperately want my suitcase back; it's new worth €[redacted], and my favorite clothes are in it. I am mentally exhausted. Please help me find my suitcase - I even wrote to Munich. Good morning, I am seeking assistance or guidance regarding a flight on September 20, [redacted], from Amsterdam to Rome with the booking number B5JL6L. The tickets were purchased through cheapoair.com, originally for a 9:40 departure time. However, the flight was at 21:40, not 9:40 as indicated on Cheapoair. To accommodate a morning flight as preferred, I contacted Vueling to change to the 7 am flight and paid for 3 checked bags, but the confirmation emails for these changes were never received. As a result, the passengers missed their flight despite my attempts to check them in online. Vueling assured that confirmation would be sent but never did so, and the additional baggage payment was deducted without confirmation. After struggling to reach Vueling's customer care, they advised submitting a claim for a refund. It led me to purchase new tickets for the next morning with Vueling, including payment for 3 checked bags. Unfortunately, due to Vueling's lack of communication, I have incurred costs for the flight tickets, changes, and baggage without receiving the necessary confirmations. I had booked flights from Malaga to Nice through Vueling with a layover in Barcelona. Unfortunately, my journey turned into a nightmare with flight cancellations, an unexpected detour to Munich, and a significant delay in reaching my final destination. I am reaching out to request reimbursement for the taxi fare I had to cover (amounting to [redacted] euros) and a refund for the flight expenses. On August 27th, my flight (VY2122) from Malaga to Barcelona was cancelled last minute, forcing me to take a later flight (VY2118) to Barcelona and stay overnight to catch the next morning's flight to Nice (VY1515). Due to a mix-up, I inadvertently boarded a flight to Munich instead of my intended destination. After spending the morning resolving the situation in Munich, I eventually received new tickets to Barcelona (VY1815) and then to Nice (VY1517), facing additional delays creating a 30-hour journey instead of the expected 5 hours. The extended journey not only inconvenienced me but also caused me to miss an event I was traveling to attend. Given the tumultuous experience, I believe it is fair to request compensation for the taxi expenses and a full refund for the flights.

I am feeling really upset. During my Vueling flight on September 9 from Beirut to Barcelona, my luggage was supposed to be rechecked to Gatwick. Due to a one-hour delay, I missed the transfer and faced a difficult situation with the Vueling supervisor at the Barcelona counter. They said I had to choose between my flight or my luggage, leaving me flustered. I boarded my flight without receiving information about filing a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Despite contacting Vueling multiple times with detailed information, they keep stating they can't assist without a PIR number. In today's digital age, it's hard to believe that Vueling can't locate my lost luggage with the information I provided. I am shocked by the lack of support and communication. My suitcase contains vital medication and gifts for dear friends. I am hoping for a resolution soon.

I made a mistake in the Date of Birth field for one of the passengers on my flight booking from Edinburgh to Barcelona on 28/10/[redacted]. I am having trouble correcting this information through the phone system and the Manage Booking section on the website. I need assistance with a booking change made by Norwegian Airline. My confirmation number is T5NPQX for Michael and Christine Roach. Norwegian Airline canceled our flight from CDG to OAK on October 21, Flight DY7079. After contacting them, I was informed that we were rebooked on flights from CDG to LGW to OAK. The LGW-OAK flight (Flight UK [redacted]) is confirmed, but the CDG-LGW flight on Iberia Airline is not showing up. I verified with Iberia, and they have no record of our booking. Surprisingly, Christine Roach is booked on Vueling Airline, while I, Michael Roach, cannot find a booking. I was able to reserve a seat for Christine in 3F. On May 10, [redacted], my spouse and I flew on flight No. VY3149 from Palma to Malaga and were seated in 18E & 18F. During check-in at Palma, we were compelled to check in our hand baggage, which we did. Upon arriving at Malaga, one of our small handbags initially did not appear on belt no. 38, which had stopped. After reporting to the baggage help desk and waiting for 15 minutes, the bag suddenly appeared on the belt. Suspicious, we found a new sealed Apple Air Pods missing from the bag. We then returned to our hotel in Marbella, double-checked our luggage, and confirmed that the earphones were indeed stolen during handling by your ground staff. I am seeking compensation for a flight delay and subsequent cancellation (booking number LJJ77B, flight number VY8773). I want to report a terrible experience I had with Vuiling Airlines at Vigo Airport. I lost my luggage with Reference VGOVY14179 (Sehgal) and have been struggling to get any help. I have visited the airport eight times, spending €50 each time from my hotel, to check on my lost luggage but have received no assistance. Despite my regular calls to customer care, I am still not getting any helpful responses. During my trip to Vigo for Conxemar [redacted] on October 2, 3, and 4, I lost all my clothes, meeting suits, essentials for survival in a foreign country, and even €[redacted] in foreign exchange for my expenses. I had to borrow €[redacted] from friends to manage during my stay and make purchases to represent my company at the event. I am now looking to claim €10,[redacted] for the belongings I lost, the expenses incurred, and the inconvenience caused. My flight from Rome to Barcelona experienced a delay of over 2 hours, causing me to miss my connection to Bilbao. I had to fly out the following morning, and the lack of assistance from Vueling was disappointing. Upon arriving at the airport around 10 pm, I waited in line for 30 minutes to speak to Vueling's customer service at an understaffed desk. The confusion and lack of clear directions led to multiple queues for different services, resulting in a total of 3 queues and nearly 2 hours of waiting time. This left me with minimal rest before my morning flight. Vueling should have had more staff to handle the significant delays and provided better communication and service. The processes for obtaining a new boarding pass and hotel accommodations were cumbersome and inefficient. The whole ordeal caused frustration and wasted time, depriving passengers like me of the chance to enjoy an evening in Barcelona. I am expecting compensation for the inconvenience of arriving at my final destination roughly 12 hours later than scheduled, as the impact of this experience goes beyond just a delay.

Our bag went missing with Vueling Airlines for over 24 hours, forcing us to buy replacement items for our cruise. Vueling instructed us to keep receipts for necessary purchases, which we submitted for compensation. Out of the $[redacted].63 spent, Vueling only refunded $[redacted].31. This is unacceptable, especially considering the time wasted shopping in Spain during our vacation. Additionally, we had already paid extra for our bags on top of the airfare.
