Due to an uncontrollable circumstance regarding a family incident, I have to make a change to my flight (booking: U*IZ*Y). I am a loyal customer of Vueling Airlines and have flown with the company before. I am hoping that because this is a situation that is beyond anyone's control that I could be given the courtesy of a free change of my flight. I realize that there is a company policy and protocol that needs to be followed but I also know that Vueling's mission is customer satisfaction. Being such a loyal flying customer of Vueling, I was hoping that a one time courtesy could be given to me regarding this issue. I would really appreciate it so much and I know my family member would as well.**I would really appreciate it if I could live chat with a representative in some way to get this issue resolved.
