I am writing to request compensation regarding a severely delayed and then cancelled flight (booking number LJJ**B, flight number VY****).**I have already raised my issue within your organisation, but I feel that my issue is still unresolved, hence my need to involve you in helping to resolve this problem.**- Here are the details of the existing complaint: *Booking reference: LJJ**B, Flight number: VY**** *Existing complaint reference: SR *-*********** *Departure airport: London Gatwick Airport, LGW *Scheduled departure time: Thu ******** **:** *Arrival airport: Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)**This happened on August **rd, and I have received no response from Vueling. Based on the length of the delay and the scheduled flight length, I am therefore seeking the fixed compensation as specified in EC ********.**From looking at my customer rights, I am entitled a full refund for the flight which I did not take due to overnight delay and cancellation (**.** GBP), plus *** EUR for customer compensation (for flight of *****km being delayed **hrs).**Vueling have been impossible to contact. I have emailed multiple times, and tried Twitter and Instagram. When calling the customer service line, it is impossible to reach a human.**They have sent me a request for bank details, but their form will not accept my IBAN. I have tried multiple formats, and multiple bank accounts. I am appealing to you, sir, for alternative means to provide my bank details.
