The issue in GetHuman-pekmda's own words
I purchased a **** S** Volvo from Northtown dealership in Williamsville. In March I had to make a complaint to get my car fixed and it took * WEEKS back it forth because it was never right. The front left tire had a grinding noise when I turn right, which had to do with the tone rings. My complaint also involved the service rep telling me to let them fall off, which could have caused me to have an accident. So today I called at *pm to make an appt and was told the service rep Ray was with * customers and would call me back, After * hrs I called him back and he told me I had my car there in March and couldn't get me in until August *rd. I'm not sure if this tire is going to fall off but if a customer has had past issues with their car why should they have to wait for * weeks. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? I THOUGHT VOLVO WAS BETTER THAN THIS???? If the tire falls off and I have an accident then what????? I feel they are pushing back because of my initial complaint to HQ's. I need assistance. I also called Customer Service and a rep told me if they're backed up then there is nothing she could do! WOW!!!! if I needed regular service I could see waiting for * weeks but since I have had problems with this it seems like something could be done.
