My VW Tiguan has an engine fault. *I was told by the technician that it would cost ****$ to fix it. After paying the ****$ I am told the issue is still not fixed and that it will cost at least another ****$ to fix it. I only have ***,*** km on the car and haven’t even finished paying for it. Needless to say I was frustrated but the dealer said they would look and see if they could get me a good value for my trade in considering the money I already spent and how young the car was. (I had also just purchased new tires and brakes) the dealer (after taking a very long time to get back to me) offered me a ****$ trade. **I feel as if VW has taken a lot of my time and money and left me with a broken car. I bought a Volkswagen for their “legendary engineering”. This is by far the least number of kilometres I have ever had on a car. **At this point you’ve lost a costumer and I fully expect this to be resolved if you want my business again (I currently own two Volkswagens.)
