If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

Good afternoon,* I wanted to report a missing luggage, it was sent out from of San Jose, Ca. on October *, **** on the **:** flight to Morelia, Mex. As per my conversations with Volaris Manager Jose Aguilar the luggage was sent out yesterday and should off made it its destination yesterday. I also spoke with Josselyn on Friday also in the San Jose airport. The personnel at the Morelia Airport is saying the luggage didn't arrived. I want answers as to where could the luggage be as I have important documents in the luggage.Please contact me at *****@***.com or *(***) ***-**** The luggage was black and I assume should of been tagged from the airport. I have made several reports now I have not got answers from the Morelia Airport. I would appreciate your attention in this matter
