Confirmation code SCCDKD. I had a flight from Washington Dulles to San Salvador and the day before my flight, El Salvador closed their borders to all non-citizens because of Coronavirus. I was not able to fly because of this and need a refund on my flight ASAP. I have called Volaris every day since this flight, waited on hold for over an hour each time, only for them to end my call. I need a response ASAP otherwise I am getting my lawyer involved.
