If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

On Thursday night my cousin who is a minor landed in Sea-Tac Airlines at * pm in flight number ***. I was busy trying to track down the lady from the plane that had all the minor and who was turning them all in to their families that my cousin never got a chance to be able to get her luggage. I didn’t know she had ligggage and she never mentioned it so we left home. Our town is *-* hours away from Seattle so I’ve been trying to contact both Volaris Airlines and they told me I had to file a report because in their end they couldn’t do anything. So I called SeaTac and they said Volaris works apart from the airport. Can I get help tracking down my cousin luggage at the airport? I was told by the SeaTac customer service that there is a Volaris front desk but she didn’t have the number so she couldn’t give it to me or transfer me. I’m tired of calling around in circles. Can I get assistance?
