Fly from Tijuana to Guadalajara ... Flight was canceled twice in * day, we were told there was no room in the airplane. Even though we bought the tickets months in advance, and paid for the selection of seats. We had to reach destination by certain time, and obviously missed that. Called customer service and had a horrIble experience, agent told us there was nothing that could be done. No solution presented.
We paid for tickets in advance, and for seat selection. What good is it to pay for these services if it’s not what you end up getting once one is there for the paid service. Plans are made, and are now canceled*missed because of these inconveniences

I did everything by the book, yet flight was canceled. First notice if cancelation, I was patience and understanding. and waited. Second notice of cancelation I was frustrated but cooperated.
Called customer service, tried to speak with a supervisor or manager. Reps refused to connect with a decision maker, or provide and alternative, and no solution but to just put up with what was going on.
