I switched to Vodafone Simply Talk and Broadband plan on Sunday * November, using the switcher.ie service.*A Vodafone rep rang me last Friday * November to take my details and arrange installation next Friday morning, the **th November.*I rand Vodafone this morning to ask if the installation visit could be brought forward but found that my order was still pending and that it wasn't confirmed to me in writing as it should have been. As a result, I dont know what my account number is, none of the * Vodafone helpline people I spoke to could find my account and I dont know if the engineer will call on Friday next or any other day if the order wasn't put through correctly. I keep getting sent from pillar to post on the phone to you as I dont know what my account number is and so my issue cannot be dealt with.*Can you sort this out please so I dont have to worry anymore?*My mobile phone number is **********
