Hi,*I'm vadafone customer who is using vadafone service for more than * years now.I regret to inform that the service of vadafone idea is getting worse day by day. Below are the details of the issues**) Very bad network from past one week.The network shows as *G but not able to browse a single Google page using cellular network.When we check the data balance,it already shows it consumed the data even though we are not able to browse or open a single Google page.The funny part was I couldn't even recharge using the cellular data.**) Yesterday I did a recharge of **** which says I can access zee*.Even after multiple attempts I'm not able to activate it.Always displays error.**)The worst thing I faced was not able to recharge using the VI app.It doesn't even show proper plan details.I had to search in google for the plans available in vadafone Idea.I feel it's really making the customer regret for choosing VI over other cellular network.***I have mentioned all the problems I faced and I'm expecting a quick resolution from the VI team. Awaiting for reply.
