On Monday October**th one of your customer reps called to my home.*Luckily I was in the garden. This man did not identify himself properly apart from saying he was from Vodafone. He then proceeded to ask me if I had broadband, what company I am with and most inappropriately of all, how much I paid per month. This is none of his business or YOUR business. This type of cold calling is outmoded and intrusive. I really resented it and also resent the interference to my own internet while Vodafone are increasing their coverage in the Limerick area. A good first move by your rep would be to apologise for this inconvenience before trying to flog your product. By the way, your price is not particularly competitive.
