I found out yesterday that Vodafone has charged me for a contract £***month for * months.*This contract was never signed up by me. Never used it, never got it. Didn't even know about it. Yesterday I've managed to login for the first time into my account with the help of online assistance and I was inn the shock. When I asked for full investigation, they said it was a mistake on their side, however today I received an email saying that I lost my device! I never lost it cause I never got it! In fact this contract was sim only, yeah sim only for £***month. When I asked to trace the details, address and dispatch order they couldn't find it! So someone used my account to take out the sim card only contract! And I wouldn't ever find out... cause I wasn't able to login into my Vodafone account. *And that's not all!*In May **** I've signed up the contract for home broadband to my another property, engineer came and said they can't connect to the outside main box as there is an issue with wiring. Soon after the vodafone called me and said they can't connect me to the Internet so they are cancelling the order as well as the contract. I asked another company to do it and they did it successfully. So vodafone charged me £** for May, than they didn't charged me untill September when they connected back to my direct debit and charged me £***month since ******* untill now!*Would you belive that???! So for this I am out of pocket £***! They had an audacity to tell me that they will credit my account???! I said I want full refund back into my bank account, not to their Vodafone account.*What can I do, I never been in such a situation! How is this possible?*How could they use me like this?*They kept me * hours on the phone to tell me yes yes it must be mistakes on our side and than send me an email saying you lost your device... If you had it insured follow this, and we won't charge you... I didn't lost anything... You stole my money from me, Ohh I am soo disappointed and scared too. If big company can scam me like this.... There is no safety
