You sent me a sim for a phone I had bought to replace one lost in the woods, **** *** ****. It turns out that the one I had been sold works only in India, not here. Money down the drain! In my ignorance I assumed that mobiles worked on international standards. So* I have scrapped the new phone, bought another from tesco, which, surprise, works only on their own system. I have wasted much money and time on this. So I now wish to cancel the non-working monthly contract with you. It would be nice if I could be reimbursed the one-month's money you had out the outset, which has not been used at all. What do I do with the sim card?
