I topped up my payg sim with £** for **g data today but I can't access the internet. This happened the last time I topped up and it took the techs ** days to get access to the internet. When I first bought the sim card I could not access the internet and the techs finally added a different value credit to get it working. All this leads me to think that my sim is faulty and there will be problems each time I try to top up. My sim number is *********** and I think that after all the inconvenience with it that the best solution would be to send me a new card with the **g data and cancel this one.
