Hi I have been in France for a while, broke my mobile and couldn't use it. I have spare nokia phones, have been unable to access calls and other services even when the sim is detected in these phones. I have now also put the sim in to another apple smart phone and the same problem. Basically I am being told no service. I have been unable to travel until now, due to restrictions. I am waiting to have some work done on my vehicle, so getting back to the UK is a little in the future, for me to receive a new sim at my home address. Are you able to check my sim and account to confirm the sim should be operational? and my current credit position? Please make appropriate steps to stop automatic bundle purchases while i am unable to use the service. this is my number *********** many thanks Steve Heffernan
