Mob No. ***********-I am currently on a sim card only contact of £**month and would like to cancel this and revert back to my original arrangement of pay as you go calls and text where I topped up the account on line as and when required with balance check by calling ****.this previous arrangement was far simpler for me to control and manage payment to suit usage. Please can I go back to this original set up ASAP .Before lockdown I tried to do this in your Oldham shop but was told this could only be done by contacting you direct as they had no permission to alter accounts
