( ***** ****** - ***** ****** - ***** ****** )**The *th is a Sim Only deal which was a ** month plan due to expire on the *th of June **** - Number ***** ********This phone number is used by my Daughter who at the time of renewal in **** was happy with her phone hence the sim only deal.**She has forwarded me a text from Vodafone advising that the contract will expire on the *th of June but that the Plan will continue as will the cost remain the same at £**.** as will the items associated with the Package, in her case "Spotify"**I contacted Vodafone via *** today the **th of May **** at approx **:** to discuss the possibility to renew this plan and add a New Handset to it - after a Call Back the person - Danny, For some reason he couldn't offer a suitable phone to add to the plan that didn't double the current cost, i even prompted him for same phones we took on exact same plans ( A** ). He seemed unable to access a suitable phone which seemed unusual as in past i have been offered various options ?**I said that i would just leave the Plan to run on as advised and source a new phone independently **This is when i was advised that despite having it writing from Vodafone that the current Plan will continue at same cost and inclusive of current services, he advised that this will not be the case and services such as Spotify will cease in June.**This is NOT what i have in writing from yourselves but i now need to seek confirmation just exactly what will or will not occur in June once the contract ends.**If you can advise as i may need to seek alternative provider to move this account over to.**You can contact me by return, or if anyone wishes to discuss my number is ***** ********Regards**John Mcilroy
