I have * phones on contract with you.* phone an I phone *s had a problem,we took it in store at poole in dorset where they said imei had gone down and needed to be sent to the repair dept.they did say that even apple were unable to solve this problem.we were sent a special envelope to send the phone off which took about * weeks to turn up.after a while we were told that the phone would be sent back in a few days time . this did not happen,we had to chase them up .in the end they said that the phone could not be repaired as there was damage to the speaker, which was not covered by the warrenty.they then said they could repair it for £***. the part can be bought on line for £*.** we were told that apple said not to replace this part but to replace the whole mother board.hence £***.after another phone call I was told the now problem was damage caused by moisture damage implying that someone had interfered with the phone.this did not happen the only people to touch the phone were your repair team.this moisture problem could if true have happened in transit to your repairers.this needs to be resolved asap.i been in touch with the officers of fair trading who inform me that its for you to provide evidence,of this so called damage.we need a phone replacement so that our custom can continue. if this is not resolved somehow I will have no other course of action to take but to cancel our contract as and when each phones contract comes to an end.Hope you will be able to suggest an answer to this problem.as ive been a customer of yours since ****.and have recommended lots of people to Vodafone.
