I was going to change broadband and mobile to Vodafone but my current provider matched the deal. I have cancelled the broadband but cannot get through to cancel the phone.
GetHuman-pworgan did not yet indicate what Vodafone (UK) should do to make this right.

Went online chat, which I had done before and been told to ring *** because I was in the cooling off period, chatted with a different person and within *mins I had my PAC Code!!
