Hi, i am currently unable to put a ** pound top up on my phone, when i call the **** service the number hangs up on me after giving me another number to call which is ****** and i read online that when you call that number if you type that number in with the added * then the top up number and a * on the end then you can put the top up on, but when i did that it told me that the PAYT service is unavailable. When i went to put a top up on my vodafone (online) it didn't give me the option and i cannot connect to the my vodafone app because i dont have mobile data network. I really need to put this top up on ASAP because i have a ** pound big value bundle that is going to run out and if i am unable to put the money on then i am going to lose it and i wont be able to have it anymore. This is really stressful so could you try and solve this problem for me please if you need my number to solve the problem it is ***** ******. Could you get back to me ASAP because i would really like this to be solved before i lose it all i want you to do is to fix the **** service because mine is currently unavailable so could you get back to me on how you will resolve this problem.
