I got a text today ******** about my account usage being higher than normal. There has been no other warning.**I checked the current bill and it is £***.**. The usual bill is £**.** per month. It lists £***.** 'extra charges' !!!**I have an all-Ireland deal which includes Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland: unlimited calls, unlimited texts and *GB of data, plus ***mb roaming. My current data usage is still *.*GB unused.**So I am appalled and baffled as to how the bill can be over £***. I have not even been out of the country in the current billing period of *****-*****.**I also now notice that the network access is suspended - it is emergency calls only, so it looks like I have been cut off. **There is no way I am going to pay this amount. The bill should be as normal £**.**.**I have had terrible experience before trying to talk to customer services by web. I would like an explanation of the bill and for it to be amended to the normal monthly amount.
