Hello my phone number is ****** *** ** **.** th of december I switched my s*mcard to vodafone. Some people who works at vodafone called me after a week and mentioned that my papers for switching were missing. Then * went to shop and gave new documents they asked. After that they text me again and said the same papers were missing again. Everytime they communicated with we * have sent them new papers . at ** th of february they texted me again and when * called the customer service they said the text mesasage is wrong. *at the ** th of february they cancelled my simcard then the customer service told me that the same documents(papers) * delievered three times were missing again. they didint solve my problem or talked to me, * gave the papers three times to the shop but they cancelled my card *the communication between vodafone customer serv*ce and shops is really bad and nobody care about my problem to solve.*I request from you to reopen my simcard and gave me my total balance again*thank you.
