hello, i need to cancel my phone contract, i have been trying to cancel it for the last * days however your team have been no help and keep giving me excuses on why they can’t, i believe this means i will be yet again charged for my contract which i no longer want, i tried to also cancel it in advance and was told i couldn’t do so however i have previously with another contract. i need to cancel my phone contract before the next payment date and i will refuse to make any payments which were due after the **rd of november ****, because a week or two before this is the date i tried to cancel it and got told i had to pay a fee of £***! i am disgusted by the ‘help’ i have received, and also disgusted at the fact i have waited almost * hours every night to try to a live chat to resolve this issue. i will not be buying from vodafone again as this is appalling how i have been treated!
