I rang Vodafone to cancel my new monthly sim and was initially told it wasn't Vodafone's responsibility and that as Carphone Warehouse provided the sim it was CW responsibility. CW told me to call Vodaphone to cancel. The sim has never been activated by me and the number *********** (sim code ********************). Eventually I was told the matter would be reffered to another Vodafone Dept but I still have no confirmation that sim * month contract was cancelled on **nd November ****. The sim has never be activated or used. My name is Stuart Mitchell, address, *** Myreside Street, Glasgow G** *DX. Date of Birth **********. Please confirm that the sim contract has been cancelled
