Initial problem of broadband issue addressed through new router. As a result of the Router failure the Suresignal box is now 'dead', also landline phones and BT hotspot boxes failed at the same time. *Was promised call from Broadband team to resolve- with possible compensation for cost of new equipment- no call.*Today- * calls to complaints team about lack of response- *st cut off, second did not understadn what I was telling him and was very frustrating, *rd cut off- told ** hours to speak to a manager- who will call!! Excuse my cynicism- but I am very sceptical that will happen**Very unhappy at level of service- BT have offered to pay costs of ending Vodafone contract and a cheaper deal than we are paying Vodafone. We are within a hairs width of taking their offer up given this poor experience
