As an unhappy customer for over two years and as I have never received any help from either the livechat or by phone - promises to help * investigate * resolve are never kept - I decided to send a letter to Vodafone Customer Services Manager clearly outlining numerous problems asking for a long overdue resolution. My letter was sent first class post * weeks ago today (Thursday **th July ****) so it should have been received on Friday **th July or failing that Saturday **th and at the very latest someone should have started to deal with my complaint by Monday **th July.**According to your website "We'll let you know when we receive your complaint and will be starting our investigation."**I've heard nothing.**I don't have a mobile phone that works and Vodafone continues to charge me £**.** * month. Vodafone still charge me for an old contract which I have requested on several occasions be cancelled.**This clearly needs resolving. *** chances to communicate back to me, post, email or landline. None have been used. Mobile phone not working hence I'm getting in touch.**Failure to resolve this promptly and continued ignoring of customers and problems caused by Vodafone staff not doing what they say they will and should do has caused me considerable stress over the last two and a half years and still the Vodafone nightmare continues and it will lead me to take this to the highest possible level... CEO * Ombudsman * Watchdog... whatever it takes.**If as it would appear even the Customer Relations Manager is disinterested in helping as I've not even had the courtesy of a reply saying that we're looking into your case then it leaves me with absolutely no faith nor trust in Vodafone.**Would you please reply to my email and give me the name of anybody at Vodafone who might be prepared to help. **For a start what is the name of the Customer Relations Manager? A customer is surely entitled to the courtesy of a reply. If not as stated on your website within five days then you should not make claims that you will not adhere to. I have spoken to so many people at Vodafone who pretend to be interested but simply don't care, don't put notes on the system, don't phone back and I have to start explaining the problem all over again. **I have a transcript of a text call with a Vodafone representative called janakiraman from October **th **** which explains exactly my frustration, promises from Vodafone that they will sort it out but of course that never happens. * hour and * minutes wasted and several more hours that day. Unreplied to letter last month and all the time Vodafone continues to overcharge me. You should have a copy of that transcript on my notes.
