I was on the BVB** last month, expiring **th June. I left UK on the *th of June (for Italy) and will not return until **th July. I wanted to change to the BVB**, without losing any days on the expiry (ie. renew on the **th, not the *th). I explained this to the lady in the Vodafone branch, so she uploaded £** of credit and told me to call on the **th June to explain that I wanted to move to the BVB** using this credit. *When I called today, it seems that the BVB** actually became active on the *th of June already and, hence, is due to expire on the *th July (* days earlier than I required)! *Due to the apparent lack of product knowledge, I believe the incorrect service was provided to me. All I would like is for the BVB** to be activated from today or tomorrow (**th or **th) so that it will expire on the respective date in July. *This is very important for me as I will not be returning to the UK until the **th of July, so would be without essential credit and data if it was to expire early.*Is this possible? *(***)*********
