I have just gone on your broadband today but I can’t connect to internet am really annoyed as this should’ve worked as soon as I put router password in **I spoke to someone last week and asked for today to be swapped to another day as wasn’t a good day to swap over all I got was you don’t need an engineer which isn’t helpful when I’ve had a stressful day which I knew in advance. I was also told you couldn’t transfer my number but I haven’t received a new number from yourselves**I do not want to have to call and spend ages explaining stuff as the transfer over should have been postponed when I requested it
