Account No: ***********Invoice No B*-********* Date ********Includes additional charges of £* for two items referenced additional purchases and charity donations, outside of my monthly allowance, made on ** May and the ** May with the same destination ref of OGC ************.**Please conform what these are for as I don't recall making additional charges.
