I got a contract phone with vodafone in the summer of ****. In **** I fell behind with my direct debit so they cut me off(August) in the December of that year we set a payment plan to pay off the debt i owed and would cover the next few months bill as this would end in the summer **** . My last payment was in March **** which I paid but then they wouldn't put me back on because I now owned money from the bills each month even though I was told my payments would be covering it! Confusing yes. So in the September of **** I went into vodafone shop and spoke with someone about it he also called vodafone to speak with them. They wouldn't set up another payment and told me it would go to a debt collectors however the next month when it came through they put an amount that I didn't owe. My bill is *** they put an extra *** on which the man said would be for cancelling a Contract which I haven't done. He then said back in December of **** when I set up a payment plan they reconnected me but put me on a new contract without telling me. He said it's a mistakes made often as I was still in a contract with them and paying it! *All I want to do is pay the bill I owe as its really affecting me in my life.
