I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS - AND AM WRITING TO THE TOP AT VODAFONE'S HQ. **YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN DISGRACEFUL AND I AM LIVID. **I spent HOURS on the phone last week, speaking to advisors, and then *** hours on Sunday trying to connect with a Mifi device which they then realised - doesn't work.**I am now waiting to send it back as the tech dept said there was a network fault. **Fine.. they set me up with mobile wifi using my phone as a hotspot. **** hours later.. all signal to both my Vodafone phone ***** *** *** has been shut down. **NO SERVICE. I can't make calls, can't email, can't access the internet.. NOTHING. **AND I have been charged £*** for what should have been a "FREE" phone call. I asked when I first rang. **I am on the Isle of Man. *I have NO landline. *I have NO mobile.. *I have NO internet unless I drive miles and sit in a free zone. **I AM WRITING TO Vodafone's MD TO COMPLAIN. I AM FURIOUS.**YOU CANT EMAIL ME - AS YOU HAVE SWITCHED OFF THE SIGNAL TO MY PHONE AND MOBILE WIFI. **I AM TOTALLY WITHOUT ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION APART FROM A PAYG MANX MOBILE NUMBER. **RING ME ON THAT PLEASE, ........TODAY......... ***** *** ***
