It has been * months since I posted on the issue which was looked by GetHuman*******. It was getting worse since I still don't know how to contact Vodafone and the number they provided, and my parents have forced me to close my bank account before it gets dormant. However even though they DO know I'm leaving (They send me an email that they were sad to see us have to cancel, and offered some promotions), They STILL takes money from my bank account. And now that I have closed my account, they sent me a warning letter, saying that I have to pay them. The problem is, this WILL continue for the next six months as well! Not only I have no more access to any Germany phone number, but I can't provide any more money to pay for them for their "services" which I am absolutely NOT using since February*March this year. I don't know how to resolve this. ** euros per month x * months fine is too much for something I didn't even use anymore.
