I've bought a new CallYa sim card and activated it through a call from my laptop, but one day later it still appears to not be activated (check the status here: https:**www.vodafone.de*callya-tracking*?uid*CY******************************************). I've put the card on a mobile phone device and it doesn't seem to work, but I keep getting a message to activate it, even though I did that already.
GetHuman-aliendna did not yet indicate what Vodafone (Germany) should do to make this right.
