Wow so hard to find an actual email for you. Every agent gives me wrong emails and your site is riddled with broken redirection links absolutely disgusting services and communication and massive red flags that a big company like you has no email service. You want us to talk to bots designed be stupid developers who can't even fix a cancel quote generated by the system or useless broken site links or useless app with features missing or the fact no where can we log a cancelation ourselves. Maybe take pages out of telkom they do it so well.***Dear Vodacom**My third email to you after the first was resolved with no feedback or ticket comments on app. **Second email completely ignored. **I'm still waiting for your * sales agents to phone me back on a system generated cancel or to email me but got nothing and can't say I'm surprised with each person promising they'll do it. **It's been nearly * weeks now and no one still letting me know what's happening internet not connecting when it did its slow I need to close account I'm tired of this terrible service from vodacom customer care that only cares about sales. Apparently the store and vodacom call center do not work together its separate and so are the terms and agreements. Apparently according to the store owner and assistant manager that the online terms that state I have * days to close a contract if I'm not happy do not apply to them. The forms I signed in store state no terms on the back of the page or anywhere and they were not provided to me. All I signed for was the router was working and good and that info provided is valid there were no terms provided. However on the till slip it's states that the terms on the site is legit but according to the store nope its only for online. So I've argued about then where are the store terms and conditions I signed for they could not help. They told me phone call center the call center says go to store and it's back and forth like * times I **** you not to be told the same thing. **There is so much wrong with your service I can go on and write massive paragraphs look at your social media feeds and hello Peter comments I regret getting in bed with you because it's been a complete nightmare.
