To whom it may concern**I am a Vodacom customer for many years. I have * contracts with Vodacom. All registered in Business KCLM Trading (Reg. **************)**KCLM Trading closed on the **ste of Augusts ****. We went to Vodacom Woodlands boulevard in Pretoria to change ownership from the company to private the week before. We change * numbers to private and * to a different Company.**We filled in all the forms and printed all the asked documents and * months bank statements of the private individual and the Company. We went to Vodacom Woodlands * times to get everything sorted and the young man said the *rd time that everything is now sorted and chanced to the right person and Company.*Vodacom phoned me Yesterday (**th October ****) saying that the account is in arrears for * months now and that they are going to suspend the service. I went to Vodacom Woodlands to asked why Vodacom say the account is in arrears when it should have been moved from the Company and changed to an individual and an different Company?*Their first answer was that they do not know what I am talking about and when a different young man came to assist he said he can remember me and that we filled in the forms for change of ownership. He then went to the back to find out what had happened. When he came back he said that they could not find the paperwork and that I must do everything over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**Nobody from Vodacom Woodlands even said they are sorry. They just kept on saying that I must do every over.*Today I went to Vodacom Woodlands again and this time the bank was offline and I could not print statements. **This means I and everybody els and the new Company must be without phone for another day. This also mean I have to pay that arrears when I did everything from my power not to have any problem with my phones or with Vodacom*I think this is VERY UNPROFESIONAL AND NOT GOOD PRACTICE.**I would appreciate it if someone from Vodacom would investigate and come back to me**Karien Janse van Rensburg***********
