I have a Vodacom WIFI router number **********. The **GB per month is recently being depleted before month end. How is this? Are you able to help why this is so. I also never get a detailed breakdown statement of how my data is used.*I want Vodacom to tell me why my data gets depleted so fast. I also want Vodacom to send me a detailed statement of how my data is used and where it goes to.

How GetHuman2721446 fixed the problem
It was fixed but not with any help from my mail request - no response. I went to the shop where I bought it. I was told I should request itemised billing. I explained that it was up to the person who sold it to me to explain (FSP rules) all the options including that I could have itemised billing. I was given *** **** to phone from which I will now have itemised billing so I can see where my data is going.
