I had a funeral polis by vodacom started in **** and every time I checked the policy it says it is active so as far as I was aware it was paid up to date so my husband passed away in August and I wanted to claim in November I was keeping on a string til today nobody told me that they did not redact money for my policy I was patient the whole time and that is not that their have been no money on my vodacom every week for the past * maybe * years I put on about * to * hundred r of airtime on my phone account u can go and checked it I had always have money on still now so it is not my fault that they did not take money from my account I want the claimed to be paid out on me please thank u
