Hi**Kindly note that I have recently upgraded with Vodacom with the Galaxy note. I went into the store and they told me about the free accessories – wireless charger, selfie stick etc that I would receive. I was to return with my documents the next day. That evening I read that upgrades can easily be done via phone so I called and ordered the same package. When I got to the store to transfer data from old phone to new and claim my free accessories, I was told that sorry – it doesn’t apply with over the phone customers!!!!! I was there a while and on the line for a while with Vodacom and the consultant who took my order informed me that its different when you order over the phone or in store and I don’t get the package.. How on earth am I supposed to know that? I was going to cancel the contract completely and move over to someone else after over a decade of being loyal to Vodacom but my child took ill (in the Vodacom shop too!)and I couldn’t get to do that. I see again this free accessory pack flashed all over your media and am EXTREMELY disappointed with the shocking disregard I am shown as a customer. I still feel that I have purchased this expensive phone after considering the free accessory pack and then NOT to receive it just because I chose to do use one of YOUR alternate options?**I do require a response as I will certainly not consider Vodacom in the future either for my personal or current new practice.**Thanks**Naazneen Shaik***********
