I upgraded my data only subscription ******** for R***.** p.m. since then the VAT increased bringing the price to *R***,** which is OK . My Bank sent a WARNING that as from the ******** the deduction increased to R***,** and enquirer if I had changed something. I HAVE NOT ! M. Begler, Voda AccNr I*******-*. I am the only one who uses this service no kids in my household (all overseas) & no servants either. I had a similar case with cell ā€œCā€ and had to cancel the contract. If this issue is not resolved I will be compelled to do the same unilaterally. Just charging more without authorization is a rip-off .
GetHuman-fredbegl did not yet indicate what Vodacom should do to make this right.
