Hi, I called into Vodacom cancellation department on the **th September to cancel my contract number **********, The lady i chatted to confirmed that i will not be billed from the end of September.*I called back in the middle of October as i realized that my contract was still not cancelled, the gentleman i chatted to confirmed that he can see that i requested the cancellation in September and thinks that it was not completed by the consultant i spoke to, he then confirmed that he would process the cancellation and request that my account be credited for the month of October as i did call in and request the cancellation...*I prefer to now have the communication in writing as my bank account was now debited at the end of October, and my contract is still not cancelled and I am starting to get very frustrated with this process.*I tried calling in a few times in the last week and have been kept holding on the line while I am transferred constantly between departments before the calls get cut.**Please help me!
