I need to cancel my deceased father's Vodacom account. Upgrade was due in Feb **** which did not happen, that means a month-to month payment is being made. My mother doesn't have income anymore and we need this service to stop in order to cancel the debit order. Numerous emails were send to *****@***.com with no response what so ever.
GetHuman-lizelleb did not yet indicate what Vodacom should do to make this right.
