Help with my Vodacom issue

Requested from vodacom a paid up letter last week and this week. Everytime they tell me I'll get the letter within ** hours but then I receive nothing. I need this paid up letter urgently to update the credit bureaus...vodacom never updated the bureaus after I settled the account (contract) and this has a negative impact on my record with the bureau's. They tell my they did send the letter to me but I did not receive the paid up letter.
GetHuman-ancoefde did not yet indicate what Vodacom should do to make this right.
