Good day,**I have reported that we DO NOT receive any signal from vodacom where we live last year december **** already and it being * months later, KNOW ONE HAS CONTACTED ME WITH A SOLUTION as of yet!!! I have phoned how many times trying to get help and the consultant at the other end promises that someone will get back to me without happening!!! This is EXTREMELY!!!! frustrating as we are missing important phone calls and can also not make phone calls, no signal creates also a massive problem regarding doing eft banking etc. as we need to receive sms's with otm's and rvn no's to confirm payments which we are also missing!**We have been loyal vodacom clients for ** yrs (or rather since vodacom came to be) our accounts has always been paid and have supported vodacom generously over the years. I now expect the same courtesy from vodacom to solve this issue with the no signal problem.
