SIMCARD nr ********** *I have a two year contract for data only ** gig acc nr ********-* My monthly *Contractual payment after discount is R***.** on one or twice i did go out of bundle when i started the contract. on ********** you started to deduct more than the contractual amount. For the next eight months my deductions was as follows:***** R****.******* R ***.******* R ***.******* R****.******** R ***.******** R ***.******** R ***.******** R ***.****This was a total deduction of R****.** During this period the deduction should have been *x R***.** * R****.**.I NEVER WANT OUT OF BUNDLE AND ON THE INVOICE IT SHOWED VODACOM LITE**i never subscribe to this and this is a modem with data and not a cell phone!!!!!!!**I did talk to your offices and on the **** you acknowledge that I was over charged and give me credit to the amount of R***.** According to my calculations you over charged me with a amount of R****.** Therefore I claim this amount from you.*As I have still * months of my contract to run I would prefer that you deduct R****.** from this amount as advance payment for the remaining two months and refund me the rest This would be R****.**.*I hereby also would like to cancel the service at the end of my contract period ** TH JUNE**Thanks John Steyn ID *************
