I HAVE ORDERED A VIVO Y** MOBILE @ AMAZON ONLIN APP. AND THE SIDE LOCK BUTTON NOT WORKING AFTR * MONTH OF BUYING .. ANDS BEFORE * WK MOBILE GOT SWITCHDED OF AND NOT WORKING. I RAISED A COMPLAIN IN VIVO CUSTOMER CARE. THEY SAID WILL SERVICE MAN WILL COME AND COLLECT MOBILKE FROM HOME .. WITH IN ** HRS. AFTR * DAYS OF NO CONTACT AGAIN I CALLD. THEY SAID AGAIN WAIT FOR ** HRS AGAIN TO GET CONFIURMATION MESSAGE.. WAT CAN I DO NOW.. LOSSING MY PATIENCE LEVEL...REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH VIVO**
